About

Nurturing ourselves through food, yoga, movement, and well… food!

This blog is for those who are interested in re-thinking their relationship towards food and their bodies. If you’ve ever struggled with an eating disorder, self-destructive thinking around food, body-image issues, self-love or feeling your feelings, this blog is for you! Been there!

As a yoga instructor and psychologist in training, I am interested in helping others reach a new understanding of food by coming back into their bodies and their emotions. Yoga has been an integral part of my recovery from an eating disorder, as has humour, mind-body awareness and embracing food as a way to love myself.

I hope this blog can provide some tools, advice, and inspiration for you on your own journey to self love! As well, you will find information on my Kundalini Yoga class in Calgary.

Blessings,

Bryanne

  3. Thanks for all the good that you’re doing with your blog. I had an eating disorder, and I know how hard it is to recover and move on. It’s so great to see that you have taken something so awful and turned it into a way to help others. I am also a big fan of yoga, and am looking to become more involved with it. I’ll be sure to stay tuned for good tips and inspiration!
