Classes at Studio Sat Nam

When: Wednesdays

Time: 5:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Location: Studio Sat Nam (12, 718 17 Ave SW Calgary, AB) 

This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to foster a sense of self and personal empowerment! Drop-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a light blanket if desired. It is advisable to attend class on an empty stomach, or eat lightly at least 2 hours before class.

About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, uses movement, sound current (mantra), breath and meditation to relax and heal the mind and body, and nurture the spirit. Kundalini Yoga brings feelings of well-being and happiness and helps to recharge the body and connect you with your higher self. How? By stimulating the nervous and immune systems, improving strength and flexibility, centering the mind and opening the spirit. Kundalini Yoga is a great way to create a more nurturing relationship with yourself and the divine.
