Classes at Studio Sat Nam
When: Wednesdays
Time: 5:00 pm – 6:15 pm
Location: Studio Sat Nam (12, 718 17 Ave SW Calgary, AB)
This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to foster a sense of self and personal empowerment! Drop-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a light blanket if desired. It is advisable to attend class on an empty stomach, or eat lightly at least 2 hours before class.
